What is done with my photos? How long does it take?
We take our time on each DVD project because we value our clients and their personal photos. Each photo is reviewed and enhanced or corrected if needed and then matched with ideal transitions, movements (pans, zooms & more) and music. We spend many hours creating each perfect photo show. Our staff of photographers, artists, musicians and engineers does everything possible to help assemble your photos into a photo show that truly shows your AMAZING MEMORIES! Send us an email with the count of your photos (and tell us how many are digital and how many photos we need to scan) and we will give you an estimate of time it will take. Each order is unique and individual and can take from a few days to a few weeks. We can usually process rush orders (ask about our rush order charges) but we dislike rushing perfection.
How do I make an Order for Services and what happens afterwards?
To begin send us an email or give us a call with details. We will then email you the necessary paperwork that you will need to include with your shipment of transfer/photomontage material. Full payment must be also included in your shipment. We do a lot of hard work handling your precious memories. Once we receive your amazing memories we will let you know we received the package and we can then give you a time estimate for your transfer/photomontage project. If you are ordering our family history or event videotaping services also give us a call or send us an email with all the particulars and we will send you the video paperwork to setup your video shooting date and the date will be confirmed once the deposit and signed paperwork is received by the Amazing staff.
What about everything that I send you?
What happens to it? Do you take care of it?
Yes, we can scan your photos (old or new), slides & negatives. We take each one and scan at the appropriate resolution. Then we take the digitalized photo and review it and enhance where needed. If we are presented with an older photo with damage we are usually able to correct the damage (if photo is not too damaged). Projects with photos to be scanned will take longer than digital photos. We want your DVD photo show to be the best and need to take extra time and extra care and, therefore we do have an small extra charge for scanned items.
Do you ship out of the United States?
Not at this time but keep checking back! But you can buy & Ship it!
How do I ship everything to you?
Everything you send us should be placed in a well protected (air tight with padding) envelope or container and shipped via USPS insured signature confirmation. If you are sending printed photos or mementos be sure they are protected by hard cardboard and the package has "do not bend-photos" on outside on both sides. We want your photos to arrive to us in good shape. Everything you send us will be returned with your order.
What should I know about DVD discs?
We use the highest quality DVD discs possible to produce premium professional photo shows. Our DVDs work on most DVD players. However, it is advisable to go to these links to check your model before purchasing. DVD players 4+yrs may need a different kind of DVD Disk.

What can I do with the video clips on my digital camera?
If you have video clips that you took with your digital camera, we can include those in your DVD photo shows too! Have the photo developer save the video clips on your CDs along with your photos and leave the rest to our professionals. It is best to limit individual video clips from 2 to 4 minutes each and not to have too many on your photo shows as videos take up lots of space.
What about music? Can I put it in my DVD show?
Due to copyright laws, we can include music on your DVD photo show but only if you provide the music on original CDs (nothing copied onto a cd). Simply mail any music CDs you would like to include in your show and be sure to include the music titles on your order form. If you don't have any music CDs and still would like music we can purchase the music on your behalf on-line.
What if I have a wide screen or HD TV?
We can make your DVD photo shows to fit regular or large screen (4:3) or wide screen (16:9) televisions. Our fabulous program keeps everything proportional and your pictures look great on either screen. Our default is regular. Please be sure to check on your order form if you need a DVD for wide screen or HD.
Do you offer a Guarantee?
We do offer a guarantee because we want all our clients to be happy with their AMAZING DVD photo shows. We guarantee that you will be pleased with your DVD photo show or we will correct any problems without any additional charges. Be sure to double check whether your DVD player is on the okay list (see above) as our guarantee does not include problems on older DVD players however, we will work with different DVD media available to find a disk that will work in your player. We guarantee that we will try our best to try to make all your transfers work the best way possible. However, it is out of our control when dealing with older film and their containers whether it is on reels, vhs(c), beta or cartridges. Our technicians have been known to go the extra mile to save your family history memories.
How is my DVD Photo Show Packaged and Shipped?
Every DVD Photo Show package comes complete with a professional case with a custom label (you pick the photo) as well as a custom photo label on the DVD disc. For an extra charge we can also do inserts for inside the case with more information. For inserts, send us an email and let us know what you would like printed and, we will give you a quote.
NTSC OR PAL?
NTSC is the format in the United States and our we process in this format. In other countries the format is PAL. Check on the correct format if you are planning to send your dvd photo show out of the country and be sure to advise us when you place your order.
HOW DO I get my PHOTOS from my computer to you?
Your digital photos that you have uploaded from your memory cards onto your computer can be simply written to a CD (of course your computer needs to have a CD writer installed to do this.)
